1.How would you approach/resolve the above circumstance for the insurance agency?
I think that they should offer their product at the same price as the other insurance company then their will be no conflict cause they will be both at the same level.
2. Provide another case of channel conflict you can think of. What style of resolution was used?
Apple problem in 2007 was they were trying to drive customers toward the Apple stores and away from the establishments that sold Apple products, causing channel conflict.Due to other store becoming upset. There wasn’t really any resolution non apple stores just had to maintain their long term relationships with customers and other individuals such as schools that need apple products.
